(Sorry about not knowing the identity of some in the photos. I guess I was born too late to remember faces and names. I wish my mom was here to help me with it, but maybe you can figure out some of them on your own.....Love to you all, June)

These photos were in terrible shape from being in that house fire of Doll & Vernon's along with their age, so I did my best to restore and enlarge them...your act-alike niece, June)

Dorothy (Doll) is the one with ankles crossed. This photo was very small and faded, so I colorized it for clarity. Such hilarity going on! Such pretty girls! |

I know that girl showing off is you, Virginia. I think that is Doll standing behind you and Mom Bertha Daniel next to her. Not sure about the other's identities. This photo was very small and in terrible shape before restoration. |

Charlene and Herman's wedding photos are so cool! I had to save them for last because I enlarged them quite a bit so you can see the dog eyeing the wedding cake in the foreground. Wouldn't that cake have been covered with dust and flies sitting out in an open field? Why did Charlene and Herman ever decide to hold their wedding in an open field any how? I didn't see mother and father of the bride in the photos, but I suspect Prince Daniel may have been the guy who threw that empty beer can on the ground. (Look closely at the photo of Charlene and Herman with the Preacher. To the left of the preacher on the ground it sure does look like an empty beer can to me.) Was beer put in cans back then? I hope so... and if my Grandpa Daniel was the culprit who threw the can on the ground, then I think it makes for a very cool addition to the photo...June
An interesting bit of trivia for you: Reverend Jones in the photos who performed the ceremony was preaching at a little church where I got saved one Sunday Morning years later...June
